If you are re-designing an
existing room or your entire home, Paysage can provide you with
a long-range plan, to be implemented as your priorities and
budget allow.
When you purchase your furnishings from
Paysage, there is no extra charge for your designer's time, and
you avoid the "random purchase" trap which often leads

| THE HOUSE CALL |
The house call enables your
designer to familiarize herself/himself with you, your home and
the scope of your project.
We discuss with you your lifestyle, priorities
and establish a budget. There is a one-time charge for the house
call. |
| INITIAL PRESENTATION |
Your designer will create a scheme
and plan of action and present it to you for additional ideas
and approval. You may continue the design process by retaining
your designer through a letter of agreement. Your retainer will
be applied to your purchases. |
| FINALIZATION |
Once you and your designer have
made final selections, a proposal will be presented to you for
approval and signature. A one-half deposit is required at this
time. |
| INSTALLATION |
Your designer will schedule and
supervise all installations and deliveries. The balance will be
due upon delivery/installation. Detailing and accessorizing
completes your project.
