Jane Marquard

Raised in Rocky River, Ohio, Jane received formal training at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. After marrying Richard in the late 60's, they traveled extensively while raising 2 children, Dana and Jesse in southern California and Ohio. With careers related to architectural design and strong family ties in home building and real estate, Jane was always drawn to interiors as it related to art and design. In 1986, the first Paysage was opened in Richard and Jane's hometown of Rocky River with rare French antiques, fabrics and accessories. Requests by customers to decorate their homes lead to Jane doing interiors for the last 25 years, adding that special Paysage touch from California to Florida. Jane's individual style is "fun sophistication" with an emphasis on comfort and function. She loves to mix styles for a "collected" look that is anything but stuffy. Working to define a client's vision and make it personal is Jane's ultimate goal. "I really enjoy people and love giving them a result that expresses just who they are and how they love to live".
