Michele Ross Kilpatrick

Michele has been instrumental in all of Paysage for over 25 years. An extremely creative talent Michele’s touch is signature to PaysageStyle. Whether staging Paysage portfolio stores, styling client’s homes, or leading our buy trips seeking the unique, Michele’s presence is cherished. Barbara Koch

Barbara joined Paysage in 1993 and her years have been filled with successes working with her extensive clientele. She is the unofficial mayor of Paysage and deserves all the accolades attached. Everyone that knows Barbara- a very long list- loves her warm and welcoming “Hello!” Her amazing intuition and creativity helps all find what they need and brings happiness to many a household throughout the Cleveland community and beyond. Holly Young May

Holly first joined Paysage in 1993, and continues to lead the development of our Interior Design Program. Her many large and complex interiors projects throughout the Midwest, East Coast and the South are impressive. A true professional, Holly’s strong drive and passions are ever present within Paysage whether scheming a home or on a buying trip. In Holly’s rare off time, she enjoys showing and breeding her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and time with her mother and daughter. (Click for Holly’s Design Bio)
Renee Kratky

Renee Kratky, Director of Operations, has been balancing the ship since 2001. Maintaining the structure with creatives while systematically managing the workflow from resources to clients is a true talent. She is our “wizard behind the curtain”. A renowned chef, her creations can often be experienced in the paysage kitchen as well as at our special events. Renee’s rare down time is spent with family and raising her three children.
Jesse Marquard

Jesse first came on the Paysage scene in the 1980’s. He was 13 years old and pictured on our first catalogue. Jesse brings a wealth of Paysage family lifetime experiences, with excellence in client relations and a contagious positive energy. His passion for the family business is present in all he does. Whether a new guest or longtime Paysage friend, Jesse makes all feel right at home while using his creative sense of style to satisfy their needs. At home it’s all about “Jesse’s Girls” and finding the comedy in life.
Mary Karen Samar

Mary Karen is a native Clevelander and resides in Chagrin Falls with her husband of 17 years, her two teenage boys and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Lewis. Since graduating from John Carroll University she has had careers associated with both commercial and residential design in greater Cleveland as well as Chicago. She has also done yacht interiors including a rather large Feadship. When she needs to find balance to her fast paced life, a yoga mat and a deep breath will do it.
Chip Fena

Ernest "Chip" Fena is a man of few words but a man of many talents. With a background in remodeling and finish carpentry, Chip's all around proficiency to do just about anything is not only amazing, but is of great value to Paysage and to it's clients. His creativity and the attitude that where there is a will there is a way shine throughout his work. When we need something done right the first time, Chip is our guy and yours.
